ZooLights Presented by ComEd and Charter One:
Friday November 27   5 p.m. - 9 p.m.
Marvel at more than 1 million lights while strolling through the zoo. Visit Santa, make crafts, see live ice carving, ride the carousel, sip hot cocoa or warm spiced wine and view the animals via moonlight. Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights. Nov. 27-29, Dec. 4-6, 11-13, nightly Dec. 18–Jan. 3 (excluding Dec. 24 & 25) 5–9 p.m.

Professor Boonie and Mr. Singer delight young audiences with music, songs and tall tales. Story Time is free and held at the Farmhouse in the Farm-in-the-Zoo Presented by John Deere.

Step outside Chicago and into rural farm life by coming nose-to-nose with Holstein dairy cows.

Meet an Animal
Regenstein Small Mammal-Reptile House
From nose to tail, scales to fur, the zoo’s ambassador animals connect you to the natural world.

Eight-Legged Architects
Regenstein African Journey
Creepy and crawly or fascinating architects? Learn about the remarkable life of golden orb weaver spiders.

Join us at Regenstein Center for African Apes to experience a window into the world of animal care.

Seal Feeding
Kovler Sea Lion Pool
Looking to connect to the aquatic world? Watch keepers as they train and care for the zoo’s gray seals.

A Bird Walk Through the Tropics
McCormick Bird House
Join us as we wander through the Free Flight Exhibit of the McCormick Bird House, spotting and identifying a variety of beautiful tropical birds. (Bring binoculars if you have them!)
