As the Association of Zoos and Aquariums Population Management Center Studbook Analyst, Kovar validates studbook databases and works with studbook keepers on data clean-up prior to the development of zoo Population Management Plans. She coordinates population management meetings, facilitates the creation and distribution of manuscripts and tracks project landmarks from start to completion.
